Black knight titan altar balance

I recommend taking a look at that altar. It's free training on the guard dogs, and they have pretty decent drops.

Just seems kinda cheese to have free protect from melee permanent at a boss and his mobs.

Also the ability to offer bones to that altar would be cool. currently doesn't work.
