Mining guild ladders

Hello everyone,
ive tried mining coal in mining guild which went great, the bank in falador works, the mine works, the only issue is that the ladders in mining guild dont work so you cant go back up to bank. Is it possible to fix?

btw: Sorry if its in the wrong thread, could find "suggestions" or something ;)

Also, when you walk to the mining guild from Burthrope, you get stuck in an agility shortcut, you can move only when you relog :)

And one more thing, this door used to work like 2 days ago, now it doesnt.
