Moving Range in Fishing Guild

Move range into the bank at fishing guild because as of right now Catherby is better for cooking which doesn't make too much sense to me.

Another reason is it creates more incentives to buy premium.

I agree with this. You are paying, and it's not that HUGE of a change. Will make cooking faster, but it's worth paying for !
