You're probably using 32-Bit Java. You can either upgrade the Java, or put this file: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/180048545888468992/596534815956926464/clienrepair.bat in the same directory as Ub3r.jar.

ye had the same Issue, worked for me after I updated the java
