Added more locations to ::players.
Fixed a unarmed speed issue.
Fixed unregistered users not having premium upon login.
Changed pickaxe + axe speed bonus on mithril and above.
Ghoul and jungle demon now have a better chance to get wine of zamorak over dwarf weed aswell as increase chance for both. Increase the amount of wine of zamorak jungle demon drop to 4-8. Tzhaar now has a better chance for wine of zamorak. Abyssal demons now drop 1-3 wine of zamorak with same rate as tzhaar.
Added short and longbow (u) to the range store for those who wanted these for cosmetic purpose.
Reverted some player processing which should fix the player going off your view point.
