Nice guide! Problem with these is that they always get outdated, and people stop using it.
Anyway! I've been playing with the thought of figuring out a way to determine prices based on the high alch value and player trades. If that were to be implemented, we would need to find a way to filter trades that aren't actually sales of an item.
In the beginning this system would be too easy to cheat. After a decent amount of time, with enough legit data, it'll be a lot harder to cheat.
I haven't put too much thought (yet) as to how I'd solve the potential price cheating.
