As I've said in a couple posts earlier as well, a reset is not the solution. It's not gonna be helpful in the long run.

I would like to let you know that before I went to work the votes were in favor of a reset. I come home 6 hours later and it appears someone has used alternate accounts and voted 9 times to keep the server the same. I think you should look into the guy who is making alternate accounts just to vote.
It was 36 in favor of a reset and 29 in favor of keeping everything the same. 6 hours later I come on and there is 38 votes on keep server the same. Sad that people would steep so low and cheat during a poll.
