Gnome Village

• You can pick flax outside the agility course
• You can go up the stairs near the flax and spin your well picked flax
• A new general store has appeared
• The bank area is now accessable from climbing up the stairs
• the banker outside the staircase have retired

Skilling changes

• Spinning now is default 3 tick (1.8 second)
• At crafting 40 and 70 reduce one tick each (1.2 and 0.6 second spin), the crafting skill menu reflect this
• Spinning wool has been reduced in experience but spinning flax has been increased
• Smithing now have a speed of 5 tick (3 sec)
• You can reduce this speed by 1 to 2. This is calculated based on the smithing level required to smelt the bar. For each 7 levels above this required level, you gain 1 tick less with a maximum of 3 tick. So if you were level 92 smithing, making rune items will have a 4 tick inbetween smithed item.

Fixes

• Smithing no longer continue to use up bars when random event occur.
• General store now destock properly as intended.
• All stores now restock at the same time for all items instead of a individual item.
• A general store have been added to Catherby.
• You can now use a christmas cracker with a rainbow partyhat to make the black partyhat. Use a knife on black partyhat to revert it.
• Fixed a issue when you were cleaning the herbs it did not update your current experience properly.
• You can once again kill leeches in the rune essence mine and get your loot spawned under the kill. With that the mobs outside yanille wizard tower have moved away.
• Fixed a bug with the amount to trigger random event was higher with highwaymask by a large margin.
• MAgic damage reduced is now every 15 defence lvl vs a boss npc but can only lower it by 12 - 30%. (30% at a boss defence set at or above 270)
