Black Mask & Black Mask (I)
Gathering some interest.
Black Mask currently has a 10 defence requirement.
Would there be any chance to lower this to 1 defence and would any one have an objection to this if it was to pass?
Just so 1 defence accounts can also benefit from the bonus
