Slayer task (bosses) + other small suggestions
 
Boss slayer task: Maybe with having a boss as a slayer task, increase the drop percent WHILE killing the particular boss as a slayer task.

Ring of Wealth: As we currently have no 'skilling boss' per say, maybe have ROW unique drop that is obtainable by all NPC's while the ROW is equipped. Some of these could be noted ores/bars, raw fish, logs, herbs, dragon hides, gems. The percent of these could be maybe 2%, but the higher the NPC combat level is the better the drop.

Not a bad idea. I would however remove the effect from ring of wealth but give it to you need to be on a slayer task.
AS this will make the ring useless in terms of bossing, then it's own chance for the drop table would be more ideal.

It would also be interesting to make it so you get more xp per kill while you killing a boss which you got the task for.
Then when complete the task you get a bunch of experience.

True. But I think either this or a boss that is primarly based off skilling.. could introduce dragon axe and pickaxe and harpoon?

Another idea would be to make a key in which you can only get as a drop from your monster that you have been assign. This key would then give it's own reward from a table. This key will also be stackable, so you can have multiple keys. The ring of wealth could then increase the chance of this key to drop.

So yeah we could sure make slayer abit more profitable if needed in the future.

This could easily be done by introducing crystal keys & chest, and perhaps changing the current crystal key into a different one? or is that too much of a hassle? Crystal chest could then have an extremely low chance of introducing something new.

We are not going to change current content. There is more item id's that we are not utilising that could work. May it be key, or may it be something else.

I agree and would like to see this exactly as you explain it.

I agree, don't change existing content, but create/modify.
