Fixes 12/16

Fixed the Jatix spawn
Updated Jatix store to have filled vials aswell as package for empty and filled vials
Fixed so when you open these packs you get 100 of whatever they representive
Fixed some backend stuff for object + players
Fixed a potential player update bug
Fixed so you can now steal from the cage again
Fixed unintentional yell from bosses to appear
Removed yell timer
