Fixes 16/7 - 2022

Fixed Arrow gfx for range.
Fixed range damage calculate properly + fixed melee animations.
Fixed an issue with the weapon not showing up when login.
Fixed some issue with 2h when attempt to equip with a shield or weapon on.
Fixed so npc now face a direction when spawned.
Fixed some npc and player updating issues.
Fixed so ::news is set correctly from homepage.
Added slayer store.
Added a shout when you reach 50 million experience in a skill.
Added so every 25 million experience after 50 million also shout out to players.
Level 70 chest have had it's coins reduced to 500 - 3500, but we lower the time it takes for it to respawn to 12 second.
Level 85 chest have had it's coins reduced to 1000 - 7000, but we lower the time it takes for it to respawn to 15 second.
Prime have become a little stronger and have a lower respawn time.

Sounds great mate, really can't wait for when the server is open for the public :)

Maybe another suggestion could be to make the max exp cap at 200m?

It already is. I just did not mention it. Because at 200million you get 0 xp in that particular skill.
