We currently using java 11 and not 8 like most people. We could look into maybe in the future for java 8 but we feel as that is quite outdated.

Some people have fixed it by either install jre for 64 bit system or install jdk 11.

It says "Java exception has occurred" when attempting to open the client. Other JAR excecutables work. Can you suggest anything?
