Terms of Service - RuneNova

Each uploaded photo is assumed the property of the individual who posted it. RuneNova holds no responsibility for pictures that display a misrepresented identity, or pictures of illegal nature. RuneNova will, however, make every attempt to delete any offensive, false or copyrighted images and proceed to ban those who post. RuneNova may delete a photo at any time at its own discretion if it feels the photo is in any way offensive or deemed inappropriate.
RuneNova may at any time ask for a member to prove their identity. This will be done based on the professional look of the picture or a number of other factors which may cause us to believe a picture is not the true identity. To prove an identity, a member will only need to send in a photo of themselves holding up a sign with their gamer tag clearly written on it.
While the administrators and moderators of this website will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every picture. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to this website express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster and hence will not be held liable. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually- oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
