How do I fix a connecting to update server error in the client loading screen?

Hey Logan my account is stuck right after I log in. It says Loading please wait. with a black screen. I can see the chat box and inventory but I cant type or click. If you would help I would appreciate it. Thanks

i fond out the dc only happens with range when it does
