Fixes 11/30

New drop system have been implemented.
- It works as follow: Always drops + chance of 1 item from the not always drop table.
- This allow us to edit drops on a whim. So if there is any ideas or issues around drops, we can fix it.
Added the abyssal demon to the slayer menu
Fixed a issue with not recieve loot if you are 5 or more squares away from the killing blow
Fixed a issue with finding out who killed the npc (One example is the jungle demon)
Ring of wealth no longer works on rune pouches drop rate
Fixed a issue with fire giant task ignored if the user had a key or not from Mazchna.

How does ring of wealth affect the new drop table? Is it better than before or worse?

There has been no change in it's function, so it is still the same effect.
It is just it no longer work on rune pouches drop rate.
