Fixes 16/7 - 2022

• Fixed Arrow gfx for range.
• Fixed range damage calculate properly + fixed melee animations.
• Fixed an issue with the weapon not showing up when login.
• Fixed some issue with 2h when attempt to equip with a shield or weapon on.
• Fixed so npc now face a direction when spawned.
• Fixed some npc and player updating issues.
• Fixed so ::news is set correctly from homepage.
• Added slayer store.
• Added a shout when you reach 50 million experience in a skill.
• Added so every 25 million experience after 50 million also shout out to players.
• Level 70 chest have had it's coins reduced to 500 - 3500, but we lower the time it takes for it to respawn to 12 second.
• Level 85 chest have had it's coins reduced to 1000 - 7000, but we lower the time it takes for it to respawn to 15 second.
• Prime have become a little stronger and have a lower respawn time.
