Default Giant Cat with Kalphite Queen Examine Text?
Saw this at mummies, one seemed to spawn as a different NPC model after killing one of them. See screenshot.

Not sure whenever this occur, but I did implement some kind of hotfix for this.
Let me know if it still occur and I will look into it.
