[Server] Cape Shop

Everyone likes making their character look cool, so I suggest we make a basic cape shop. Not the team capes, just the basic capes. (i.e basic red, yellow, green, blue, etc)

I'd like this idea

here are the item id's of the ones I think would be suitable (All beginner capes)


edit: i saw the fancy dress shop, maybe you can just add these capes into it
