Updated Client Cache & Download Links

Pitchblac32 has made adjustments to the game cache so the smithing interface should work properly now for the bars.

I also updated the download links to use the seamless launcher I made some time ago, hoping that it will work better.

*Edit* More adjustments have been added to the cache thanks to Pitchblac32. You will need to delete the old cache and download the new one manually to fix a few stuff:
- Prayer level now show up correctly.
- Relog should no longer remove bridges

317 doesn't have CS2. The changes were mainly about sending the right data to the right components in the interface as far as I'm aware.

Either way a good contribution, and he has been working hard on learning stuff. Seems he's making solid progress too.

Pitchblac32 did some changes at christmas which have been made live.
Sadly for now you need to manually delete cache and download the new one.
